“ I went here twice! The food is great, the internet connection is reliable, there are plenty of sockets, and the place is not so busy. I usually work at cafes, some cafes in Cebu don't offer internet connection and this place has been my go-to. ”
“ You have to go here if you live for milktea. Jolly Bubble serves Taiwanese milktea and their proclaimed name to be ”best tea in cebu” may actually be true. Have a taste of their original milktea and you will understand what I mean. They can also help bring out their best taste by suggesting the right amount of sugar. If you go inside, “cute” will be what comes in mind. They have tables on the grouns floor, but when you go upstairs with colorful displays of light at your feet as you go up, you will a spacious and quiet place that you can hang with friends or study or just relax and pass the time. Jolly Bubble also serves a variety of meals that are all tempting to order, but focuses on the Taiwanese favorite G-Pai Chicken Butterfly. They also serve breakfast meals all day so you can eat anytime when you crave for breakfast. ”
“ They offer milkteas, coffee, and tea. Personally, I prefer fruit teas and definitely recommend trying them! My go-to drinks are: Citron Calamansi × Honey Black Tea, and Mega Fruit × Jasmine Green Tea :) They also have rice meals. I've only tried their pork cutlets so far and they're good as well! Servings are enough for its price. Ambience is great, the place is air-conditioned, and there's free wifi too! Toilets are outside next to the cafe (clean and well-maintained) ”
“ We decided to go here since our car battery was charging at a nearby shell and it didn’t disappoint! Different from other milk tea places I’ve been from ambiance to the food. The food comes in big portions and is reasonable for the price. I also love how the owners are hands on and you can see them working and helping around the store. Service was very good too! We even met Bonel Balingit when we went here! There were globe workers working around in the shop and the owners gave the workers free milk tea! Love their generosity and the owners are super nice! ”
